OBM Retainer Packages

40 hours/month minimum for the first 90-days

This package can include a combination of: 

  • 60-minute bi-weekly check-in calls.

  • Launch Management 

  • Bi-annual planning sessions


Additional hours can be purchased based on availability at an hourly rate, subject to availability.

Here is what the process looks like when we work together.

Step one

Fill out the inquiry form

The first step in my process is for you to fill out the inquiry form! The information in this form helps me to gather an idea of where your business is and if you are ready for an OBM. It also helps me prepare so we can get the most out of Step #2. 👇

Step two

Book a Discovery Call

After you have filled out the inquiry form, you will receive an email from me within 36 hours with information to Book a Discovery call. On this call, we will talk about your business, your team, what you want to get out of working with an OBM, and your goals. We will also get to know each other, and ensure a personality and values fit. If it we are a match made in heaven and are both excited to start working together, we move on to Step 3. 👇

Step three

Brain dump meeting

Once we have decided to work together and gone through the contract mumbo-jumbo, we will start our time together with a brain dump meeting. This is my client's favorite part of our onboarding process where you get to spill ALL those things that have been swirling around in your head.

Step four

Get down to business

After our brain dump meeting, I will get to work on a full business operational audit and plan for our next 90 days together. This will be the roadmap that will lead me through the challenges of the current team, systems, operations, financials, and client experience. Then I get down to business with your team to get things integrated while you get back to doing what you do best, creating.
